Alabama has many beautiful lakes and Choppers Lake is one of them. After a long day outdoors Hilton Garden Inn is a great place to spend a night or two, and Bar-w RV Park is a great campground here. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Little Uchee; if you need a location to stay Sleep Inn & Suites is a brilliant choice. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things at Choppers Lake.

All through the winter highs are in the 50's while Choppers Lake overnight low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Torberts Lake Dam is lovely and it's close to Choppers Lake, and Choppers Lake is a fine place to camp, Leisure Time Campgrounds is a fine place. | |
