At Carrol Lake during the summer months highs are in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the duration of the winter the highs are frequently in the 50's, and after the sun is down during the winter       temperatures at Carrol Lake descend into the 30's. If you're dropping by Carrol Lake from Auburn-Opelika, you won't be the only one, and Sawyer's Mobile Home Estates is a fine campground nearby. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by nearby Dudleys Lake, and Lake Lenora Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff at Carrol Lake. Drift down the rapids of Little                  Uchee in a kayak, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express PHENIX CITY - COLUMBUS. Carrol Lake mostly gets a large amount of precipitation; throughout March this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is October. This lake is so wonderful. This is a glorious neighborhood for people who like lakes.
