     Jordan Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and a great location to camp here at Brooks Farm Pond is Wind Creek State Park. Comfort Inn Alexander City is a delightful spot to get some rest, and since you're here, you could also take a look at charming Walls Lake. For the duration of the days of summer here at Brooks Farm Pond, high temperatures frequently reach the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures through  
   the wintertime are normally in the 50's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Brooks Farm Pond sink into the 20's. Why not camp at Whispering Springs Campground since you're here at Brooks Farm Pond.
