Kelley Pond is a nearby lake that you could go to; hiking along the Conecuh Trail is delightful fun. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Andalusia is a great location to spend a night or two, and camping at Point A Park Campground is always       a brilliant experience. If you get bored of Brantwood Pond, you could also stop at close by Dogwood Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A quick spree to Lime Branch next to Brantwood Pond is a wonderful idea; Robert Brantley Dam has perfect water scenery. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Brantwood Pond. An afternoon playing golf at Evans Barnes Golf Course is always a delight, and going for a hike along                  the Lake Shore Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Brantwood Pond is a relatively wet place frequently with a great deal of rain; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain; October meanwhile is the driest month.
