Bonner Dam is worth going to if you're here, and Coffee Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out. The high level of rainfall makes Bonners Lake a reasonably wet place; March is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is October. This lake is so wonderful. Black River has a glorious whitewater paddling spot nearby; you're sure to encounter some fine folks from Anniston-Oxford here. So many cool things to do at Bonners Lake, so little time. lake is so wonderful. A perfect place to camp here at Bonners Lake is River Country Campground; paddling on Yellow Creek is so much fun. High temperatures at Bonners Lake through the summer months are in the 80's with overnight
lows in the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Bonners Lake.
