The high level of rainfall makes Bonners Lake a reasonably wet place; March is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is October. This lake is so wonderful. A fine nearby hotel is University Inn and Suites, and if you're here, you could also take a look at stunning McBride Lake. Hampton Inn Gadsden AL is a       nice place to get some rest, and Bennetts Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. Black River has a glorious whitewater paddling spot nearby; you're sure to encounter some fine folks from Anniston-Oxford here. So many cool things to do at Bonners Lake, so little time. Bonners Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Lakeside Rv Park is a perfect local campground, and Colvin Gap is in the neighborhood, and is a tremendous site. This                  lake is so wonderful. A perfect place to camp here at Bonners Lake is River Country Campground; paddling on Yellow Creek is so much fun. High temperatures at Bonners Lake through the summer months are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's.
