All the water falling down from the sky makes Barton Lake a wet location; the wettest month of the year is usually March, that's the one that rains the most, and October on the other hand is the driest. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Tallapoosa is a good       choice, and Barton Lake is not the only site nearby, Carpenter Lake is a nearby lake. High temperatures at Barton Lake through the summertime months are in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are regularly in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Barton Lake.
