Bay Oaks Golf Club is a tremendous golf course close by, and Stop and Rest is a great local campground. Summertime highs at Bahlman Lake typically tend to be in the 90's, and the night is quite chillier of course, generally in the 70's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Bahlman Lake. Nearby lakes? Sure, Smith Pond is in the neighborhood       of Bahlman Lake, and let's not forget Muddy Creek which is a stream that you may stumble upon while here. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Quality Inn Mobile is a good location to spend a night or two, and Shady Grove Mobilehome Park is a tremendous campground nearby. A nice nearby hotel is Days Inn and Suites Mobile; the cheerful folks of Mobile like to hang out close by. Bahlman Lake is a reasonably wet place generally with a                  large amount of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is frequently August, that's the one that rains the most while October is ordinarily the driest month. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time.
