Stay the night at Capital City RV Park. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things at Baca Lake. Baca Lake is not far at all from Tuskegee, and Baca Lake is a perfect location to visit for more than one day, Leisure Isle is a perfect location to camp nearby. For the period of the warmest time of the year, highs       generally are in the 80's at Baca Lake while night lows are frequently in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Baca Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Do visit Rutland Lake in the vicinity of Baca Lake, it's a pretty lake, and if you need a spot to stay Days Inn Shorter is a wonderful choice. Get your heart pumping on the splendid whitewater of Stone Creek, and Scottish Inns Pike                  Road is a pleasant spot to get some rest. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Tallapoosa River, and some of the water nearby flows, like Mathews Slough.
