Asbury Park Lake is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. This is a great vicinity for folks who like lakes. Wilsons Pond is a lake close at hand; Maple Ridge Golf Club is a pleasant golf course nearby. Asbury Park Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is October. Why not pop by Asbury Dam if you're here, and get dripping wet paddling on Little Uchee.

Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore close by Keystone Lake, and if you need a location to stay Phenix City Days Inn is a glorious choice. All through the days of summer, highs mostly are in the 90's at Asbury Park Lake. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 60's. in the 30's for Asbury Park Lake. A perfect place to camp here at Asbury Park Lake is Sawyer's Mobile Home Estates, and Marriott Columbus is a perfect place to get some rest. There are plenty of people from Columbus here at Asbury
Park Lake, and Asbury Park Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Anthony's Mobile Park is a wonderful local campground. Whitewater paddling is great on Chattahoochee River.
