Willow Lake is pretty dried up frequently; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and April is the month with the least moisture. Not far from Willow Lake, you'll stumble on Kenney Lake which is a picturesque lake, and get your heart pumping on the perfect whitewater of Nadina River. This lake is so wonderful. Squirrel Creek Campground is a nice campground nearby, and if you're       looking for a good spree, Wrangell - St Elias National Park & Preserve is reasonably near. Lakes are great; Pippin Lake is a lake that's right next door to Willow Lake. Summertime brings highs in the 60's to Willow Lake. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 0's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Willow Lake sink into the-20's.
