Not far from Westchester Lagoon, you'll find Delaney Lake which is a pretty lake, and why not camp at Hiline Lake Wilderness Camp if you're here at Westchester Lagoon. Super 8 Anchorage is a nice location to get some rest, and do check out Chester Creek Dam if you're here. This place is excellent, just check out all the cool stuff to do       close to Westchester Lagoon. Lakes are pleasant; Bentzen Lake is a lake that's close to Westchester Lagoon, and drift down the rapids of Campbell Creek in a kayak. All through the warmest time of the year here at Westchester Lagoon, high temperatures commonly get into the 60's. All through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Westchester Lagoon                  temperatures dip to the 0's. Alpenglow At Arctic Valley has good slopes and a friendly staff, and for you golfers we recommend close by Anchorage Golf Course. Hit the slopes at Hilltop in the neighborhood, and Westchester Lagoon is a place with many visitors from Anchorage. Around Westchester Lagoon you don’t get a lot of rain; through September this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is April. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid place to camp here at Westchester Lagoon is Polar Bear Inn, and if you come at the right time of year, Willow Creek offers some great whitewater. Any time is a glorious time at Westchester Lagoon if you have a thing about the outdoors. If you need a place to stay Chelsea Inn Hotel is a wonderful choice. This lake is so wonderful.
