Alpenglow At Arctic Valley is a good local ski area, and Waldron Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Creekwood Inn - Motel, Cabin, RVPark is a delightful local campground. Dry warm beds await you at Alaskan European B&B, and everyone close by loves skiing at Hilltop. A round of golf at nearby Anchorage       Golf Course is a pleasant way to kill some time. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from Anchorage here, and paddling on Campbell Creek is so much fun. High temperatures at Waldron Lake through the summertime are in the 60's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Waldron Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. On a great day at                  Waldron Lake you can take a hike along the Bull Rock Trail, and if you need a place to stay Parkwood Inn Extended Stay is a brilliant choice. Take a side spree to Middle Fork Chester Creek, and if you came to camp Finger Lake Resort is a good site to do that. Around Waldron Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; during the month of September you get the most rain around here while April is ordinarily the driest month. That right there is plenty already, but it continues; Waldron Lake has it all.
