If you need a place to stay Bear Track Inn is a delightful choice. Dry warm beds await you at Halsingland Hotel; going for a hike along the Nahku Portage will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. High temperatures at Upper Dewey Reservoir throughout the warm months are in the 60's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the       winter come with highs in the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Upper Dewey Reservoir temperatures descend to the 10's. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a magnificent time here at Upper Dewey Reservoir. Have a good hiking adventure along the Chilkoot Trail. Lakes are fine; Upper Dewey Lake is a lake that's near Upper Dewey Reservoir. Not far from Upper Dewey Reservoir, you'll locate Black Lake which is a wonderful lake. You'll need more                  than a day to look at everything Upper Dewey Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Skagway RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. Upper Dewey Reservoir is a nice site to visit for more than one day, Liarsville Campground is a nice site to camp nearby; you don’t have to go far from Upper Dewey Reservoir to see the water at Upper Dewey Lake Dam.
