Why not visit Eastern Anchorage if you're here; don't forget to take a great little spree to Indian River. If you're here at The Twins and you like golf, you can take a look at Sea Mountain Golf Course, and hiking is a popular thing to do around The Twins; Indian River Trail is a good local trail. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Shee Atika Totem Square Inn, and Castle       Hill is a peak you can catch a sight of from The Twins. This lake is so wonderful. The Twins is not the only spot nearby, Mountain Point Community Reservoir is a nearby lake, and don't leave The Twins without first going for a hike along the Gavan Hill Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes The Twins a wet spot; the month of October is the wettest with most of the rain while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. At The                  Twins during the summer months highs are in the 60's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at The Twins dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. Looking for something near The Twins? Good hiking is available along the Mount Verstovia Trail, and a splendid site nearby is Alexander Rock.
