The slopes of Hilltop are so inviting noone can resist, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Campbell Creek. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Alaskan European B&B is a splendid choice, and there are other sites here       than Triangle Lake, for example Fish Lake. Lakes are such calm locations, why not have a look at Spring Lake close to Triangle Lake, and let's not forget Sixmile Creek which is a stream that you may come across while here. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Triangle Lake. This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend nearby Anchorage Golf Course; Triangle Lake is a pleasant spot to visit for more than one day, Golden Nugget                  Camper Park is a pleasant spot to camp nearby. High temperatures at Triangle Lake during the long summer days are in the 60's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Triangle Lake dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. If the weather is wonderful here at Triangle Lake, you can go for a hike along the Bull Rock Trail; get soaked paddling on Ship Creek. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff at Triangle Lake. A good nearby hotel is Red Roof Inn Anchorage, and a journey to Katmai National Park & Preserve is worthwhile. Triangle Lake gets very little rainfall; during the month of September you get the most rain around here, and April is when it's the driest.
