If you are in this part of Alaska make sure to pay a visit to Tern Lake. Going for a hike on the Devils Pass Trail is always a fine adventure, and Wrong Mountain is clearly visible from Tern Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Sixmile River, and Kenai Fjords National Park is a delightful national park. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Carter Lake Trail, and there are some fine whitewater spots on Canyon

site to get some rest. If you came to camp Coeur D'Alene Campground is a great spot to do that. Tern Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; October is the wettest month with most rain while May is the month with the least amount
of precipitation. Don't leave Tern Lake without first going for a hike along the Lost Lake Trail, and if you need a location to stay Trail Lake Lodge is a great choice.
