If the weather is gorgeous, you obtain a glorious sight of Taku Mountain from Taku Lake; a perfect close by hotel is Juneau Hotel. During the summer months, highs commonly are in the 60's at Taku Lake, and the night is a little chillier of course, regularly in the 40's.
