Swan Lake is mostly a reasonably dried up location; September is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is March. Why not take a look at nearby McRoberts Creek if you're here at Swan Lake, and while you're here, you could also check out beautiful Gull Lake. For the period of the summertime highs here at Swan Lake get into the 60's with night lows in the 40's. For the duration       of the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Swan Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Kroa Kamping Resorts-alaska is always a delightful experience, and get your heart beating on the delightful whitewater of Wolverine Creek. You can run the rapids of Granite Creek in the vicinity of Swan Lake; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Alyeska is rather near. What a location this is for outdoors                  people.
