Lake Spenard is near Campbell Lake Dam which is a pretty place positively worth going to, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Hilltop. Summertime at Lake Spenard arrives with high temperatures in the 60's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's. to do here at Lake Spenard. Not far from Lake Spenard, you'll discover DeLong Lake which is a pretty lake, and enjoy a round of golf at Anchorage Golf Course. The Bull Rock Trail offers hiking at its best; getting to Campbell Creek
from Lake Spenard is trouble-free.
Lake Spenard is commonly a quite waterless spot; during September this area sees the most rain while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Why
not camp at Hiline Lake Wilderness Camp if you're here at Lake Spenard; if you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Campbell Creek.
