Throughout the warm days of summer at Snag Lake highs are generally in the 60's while nighttime lows are generally in the 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Snag Lake tend to be in the 20's. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to       nearby Potatopatch Lake, and time spent at Holiday Beach is always great. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Snag Lake. Broad Point is not far from Snag Lake at all; a good spot to camp here at Snag Lake is Zachar Bay Lodge. You'll meet a lot of people from Kodiak here, and Bear Valley Golf Course is a good golf course nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Snag Lake, you'll locate Lake Bettinger Lower Reservoir which is a beautiful                  lake; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Kodiak Inn.
