Slipper Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is one of the great places here in the Talkeetna Mountains. Summertime highs at Slipper Lake frequently tend to be in the 60's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 40's. Highs throughout the winter are ordinarily in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Slipper Lake fall into the 0's.
