On a great day at Ski Lake you can take a hike along the Grant Lake Trail, and Alaska Hamptons is a magnificent place to get some rest. So many cool things to do at Ski Lake, so little time. Kenai Fjords National Park is a tremendous national park. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Ski Lake has to offer, you can camp at A Creekside Trailer Park. Summertime highs at Ski Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 60's. Summer       nighttime lows sink down to the 40's. Highs all through the winter are ordinarily in the 20's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Ski Lake temperatures plunge to the 10's. The amount of rainfall that falls at Ski Lake is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is frequently October, that's the one that rains the most, and May is the month with the least moisture. While you're here at Ski Lake you can take a hike along the Lost                  Lake Trail, and in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Canyon Creek. Don't forget to take a nice little visit to South Fork Snow River. Sixmile River has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby. There's so much to do here at Ski Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Primrose Landing Campground is a great place for that. This lake is so wonderful.
