Scenic Lake is a location that is quite dried up typically; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain; April meanwhile is the driest month. Going for a hike on the Schooner Bend Trail is always a glorious adventure; Sunrise Inn and RV Park is a fine campground nearby. At Scenic Lake through the warm days of summer highs are in the 60's       with overnight lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Scenic Lake are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Near Scenic Lake you locate the Seven Lakes Trail which is a delightful hiking trail, and if you need a place to stay Lake View Bed and Breakfast is a great choice.
