At Savka Lake all through the summer months highs are in the 60's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Savka Lake temperatures dip to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at B       and D's Auto, and a great site to camp here at Savka Lake is Alaska Canoe & Campgrounds. A tremendous nearby hotel is Best Western King Salmon Motel, and a lovely lake like Eevook Lake is a great spot to check out.
