    Why not stop by Salt Lake if you're passing through these parts. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Distin Lake Trail is always a splendid adventure, and Prospector Hotel is a great place to get some rest. All the water falling down from the sky makes Salt Lake a wet location; October is the wettest month with most rain while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Go for a hike on the Fresh Water Thayer Trail. Lakes? Sure,  
   Davidson Lake is nearby.
Near Salt Lake you stumble on the Mitchell Bay Trail which is a good hiking trail, and a quick tour to Jims Creek is beyond doubt a tremendous idea. So many fun things to do here at Salt Lake, too great to be true. Don't leave Salt Lake without first paying a visit to The Falls. All through the summertime months highs here at Salt Lake get into the 60's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. During the wintertime this
 
               place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Salt Lake are in the 20's.
Kiuchman Rock is a delightful location to spend some time at, and there are other places here than Salt Lake, for example Distin Lake.
