So many fun things in the Wrangell Mountains, just astonishing. Lakes are such peaceful places, why not pop by Ptarmigan Lake near Rock Lake. Rock Lake is pretty dried out usually; July is the wettest month with most rain, and March meanwhile is the driest month. All through the summer months here at Rock Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 60's. Summer night lows plunge down       to the 40's.
