Robe Lake really is in the middle of a gorgeous outdoors paradise. Canyon Slough flows through this area; dry warm beds await you at Valdez Harbor Inn. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 60's to Robe Lake. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. Highs all through the wintertime are usually in the 20's with temperatures       at Robe Lake dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights. Robe Lake is a beautiful lake in the Chugach Mountains. Don't miss out on a spree to Wrangell - St Elias National Park & Preserve if you're here at Robe Lake, and a splendid site to stop at is Sulphide Gulch. All year is a wonderful time in the Chugach Mountains if you adore the outdoors. A splendid place to camp here at Robe Lake is Valdez Mobile Home and RV Park; Washbowl Basin is a nice                  site to stretch your legs a bit. So much entertaining stuff to do here in the Chugach Mountains, too splendid to be true. Robe Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Bayside Rv Park is a good local campground, and Lowe River is a fine whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
