     Float down the rapids of Lake Creek in a kayak, as expected you could also explore Shulin Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. Quiet Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Nancy Lake Marina is a perfect local campground, and if you need a site to stay Mt. Mckinley Princess Wilderness Lodge is a delightful choice. At Quiet Lake during the long summer days highs are in the 60's with nighttime lows in the 40's. Through the winter this place  
   gets highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Quiet Lake. Not much rainfall falls here at Quiet Lake; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily September, that's the one that rains the most, and April meanwhile is the driest month.
