Preachers Pond gets a typical amount of annual rainfall; all through the month of October you get the most rain around here while May is generally the driest month. This place rocks, just look at all the entertaining things to do right next door to Preachers Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express SEWARD HARBOR; while you're here you can take a hike along the Grant Lake Trail.       Hiking along the Lost Lake Trail is splendid fun, and if you came for an overnight stay Exit Glacier RV and Camping is a perfect place to camp. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 60's to Preachers Pond while overnight lows are typically in the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Preachers Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Carter Lake Trail,                  and get covered with water paddling on Canyon Creek.
