Why not take a refreshing hike along the Russian Lakes Trail, and if you need a location to stay Lake View Bed and Breakfast is a good choice. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Pothole Lake; Fuller Lake Trail is a good local trail, and if you came to camp Kenai Riverside Campground and RV Park is a great location to do that. Not much rain falls here at Pothole Lake; the wettest month of the       year is ordinarily September, that's the one that rains the most, and April is when it's the driest. For the duration of the summertime months here at Pothole Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 60's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Pothole Lake fall into the 0's.
