Near Pine Lake you come across the Lake Alexander Trail which is a fine hiking trail; Silverbow Inn is a great location to get some rest. Pine Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; most of the rain falls through October while June is commonly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. There are delightful places to look at along the Mitchell Bay Trail; going for a hike on the Hasselborg-Guerin Trail is       always a perfect adventure. Summer at Pine Lake comes with high temperatures in the 60's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's.
