On a wonderful day at Peanut Lake you can take a hike along the Bear Creek Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Country Lane Inn. Really wonderful skiing awaits you at Eaglecrest. A good deal of rainfall falls at Peanut Lake; of all the months in a year October is the one with the most rain, and April meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Mendenhall

plunge down into the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Peanut Lake.
