Having a glorious time in the Alaska Range is uncomplicated. McKinley Chalet Resort is a great place to get some rest; camping at Denali Rainbow Village & Recreational Vehicle is always a great experience. Otto Lake is mostly a rather dried out place; most of the rain falls through July, and the driest month of the year is April. This lake is so wonderful. Riley Creek is a delightful whitewater spot close       to Otto Lake. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Otto Lake with nighttime lows in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 0's; nighttime lows throughout the winter for Otto Lake tend to be in the-20's. A glorious place for whitewater paddling right next door to Otto Lake is Nenana River, and if you came to camp Otto Lake RV Park is a glorious place to do that.
