A visit to Otter Lake is always a good idea. Katmai National Park & Preserve is one of the destinations next to Otter Lake that are pleasant to go to, and a delightful nearby hotel is Country Rose Manor B&B. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Campbell Creek, and a pretty lake like Sixmile Lake is a good place to pop by. Golden Nugget Camper Park is a tremendous campground nearby, and you can have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Bull Rock Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The nice folks of Anchorage like to hang out close by, and Cheney Lake is a great lake close by.

Otter Lake, just fantastic. Centennial and Lions Campground is a tremendous local campground. For the period of the summertime months at Otter Lake temperatures are usually in the 60's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 50's.
Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 10's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Otter Lake. Don’t forget to visit Eagle River Flats if you're here at Otter Lake, and you have to stop by Eagle Bay when you're
here.
Otter Lake is mostly a rather dry site; September is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is April. Having a pleasant time at Otter Lake is trouble-free. Otter Lake is in the vicinity of Otter Lake
Dam which is a wonderful place unquestionably worth stopping at; why not head up to Alpenglow At Arctic Valley and strap some skis to your feet.
