If you like lakes and you're in this part of Alaska you can check out Lake Otis. If you came for an overnight stay John's RV Park and Motel is a brilliant spot to camp. Hilltop is a very popular ski area nearby, and if you're here and you like golf, you can visit Anchorage Golf Course. If you come at the right time of year, Ship Creek offers some great whitewater, and Katmai National Park & Preserve is a magnificent site close by.
