On a good day at Odiak Lagoon you can take a hike along the Eyak Trail; you acquire       a brilliant view of Mount Eccles from here. The scenery at Meals Lake Dam in close proximity to Odiak Lagoon is beautiful; let's not forget Fleming Creek which is a stream that you may run into during your stay. This lake is so wonderful. The Lake Elsner Trail is a fine hiking trail near Odiak Lagoon, and Knot Point is very near and is a tremendous spot to stop by. Through the summertime months here at Odiak Lagoon, high temperatures usually reach the 60's.                  Throughout the moonlight hours it's usually in the 40's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Odiak Lagoon overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's.
