The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 60's to Mirror Lake. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 10's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Mirror Lake. So many entertaining things to do in the Talkeetna       Mountains, not enough time. If you're here at Mirror Lake, you could go to Eklutna River; if you came to camp Thunder Bird Falls Campground is a good location to do that. This lake is so wonderful. You're probably keen on lakes, Edmonds Lake is one of those close by, and if you need a place to stay Grand View Inn And Suites is a good choice. Looking for something right next door to Mirror Lake? Minor Lake is in close proximity. There's so much to do here                  at Mirror Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Peters Creek Campground is a nice spot for that. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Mirror Lake. Eagle River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot nearby, and a nice close by hotel is ALASKAS SELECT INN WASILLA.
