On a pretty day you acquire a panorama of Pillar Mountain from Middle Reservoir, and there's some flowing water       nearby, Monashka Creek is a stream you can go to while here. This lake is so wonderful. Gibson Cove is close by and always great to check out, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Kodiak here. This lake is so wonderful. One of the best things about Middle Reservoir is its proximity to Finny Beach, and an afternoon playing golf at Bear Valley Golf Course is always a bliss. High temperatures at Middle Reservoir during the months of summer are in the 60's. All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Middle Reservoir are in the 20's.
