My Husband and I just moved up here from TN and we were looking for a nice quiet beach, Pickering Beach was perfect except the water there was really nasty and you really don't want to swim in it, it's nice to sit and relax on but not to go swimming in. We go back once a week to sit there but other then that we won't go there....
