Iceworm RV Park is a magnificent campground nearby, and Best Western Lake Lucille Inn is a brilliant location to get some rest. It is very arid here at Lucile Lake frequently; September is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is April. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the Talkeetna Mountains. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Settlers Bay Golf Club       is in close proximity, and after a long day outdoors Grand View Inn And Suites is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Cottonwood Slough is a swamp near Lucile Lake; Denali River Cabins and RV Park is a nice local campground. Eagle River is a nice whitewater spot next to Lucile Lake; if you get bored of Lucile Lake you could also have a look at nearby Chignaki Pond. Yeah, come here to Lucile Lake for a great time.
