Do pop by Lake Bettinger Lower Reservoir near Lower Reservoir, it's a charming lake, and you don’t       have to go far from Lower Reservoir to catch a glimpse of the water at Lake Bettinger D Dam. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Kodiak here, and Comfort Inn Kodiak is a good place to get some rest. Pillar Creek flows through this region; beaches are nice and Holiday Beach is no exception. All through the warm days of summer highs here at Lower Reservoir get into the 60's while night lows are commonly in the 40's. For the period of                  the winter highs are frequently in the 30's; overnight lows during the winter for Lower Reservoir tend to be in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful.
