Smugglers Cove is in close proximity and always magnificent to take a look at; there are other locations here than Lower Dewey Lake, for example Devils Punch Bowl. Lower Dewey Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; of all the months in a year October is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is June. Dewey Creek is in close proximity to Lower Dewey Lake and is always       a diversion to go to. There is a nice hiking trail near Lower Dewey Lake called the Skyline Trail. Lakes? Sure, Icy Lake is in the vicinity. Skagway Mountain View RV Park is a wonderful campground nearby, and going for a hike on the Chilkoot Trail is always a glorious adventure. Stay the night at Pullen Creek RV Park, and if you need a spot to stay Bear Track Inn is a good choice. But wait, there's more to do close to Lower Dewey Lake. Go for a hike                  on the Battery Point Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Halsingland Hotel. The warmest time of the year at Lower Dewey Lake comes with high temperatures in the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's.
