Do go to Mundcho Lake right next door to Louie Lake, it's a stunning lake, and Louie Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Rita's Potpourri and Campground is a perfect local campground. Summertime highs at Louie Lake commonly tend to be in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. The winter comes with highs       in the-10's; nighttime lows during the wintertime for Louie Lake tend to be in the-30's. This lake is so wonderful. Nabesna River is a fine whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Louie Lake, and since you're here, you could also check out wonderful Tutkaimund Lake.
