Upper Bonnie Lake is a brilliant lake next to Long Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Talkeetna Mountains. Yeah, come up here to the Talkeetna Mountains for a tremendous time. Going for a hike along the Chickaloon River Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; get yourself into a kayak and hit Coal Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Have a nice hiking adventure       along the Chickaloon Knik Nelchina Trail; a stunning lake like Wiener Lake is a tremendous place to visit. For the duration of the warmest time of the year, highs frequently are in the 60's at Long Lake; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 10's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Long Lake temperatures sink to the-10's. It is very dried up here at Long Lake usually; July is the wettest month with most rain;                  April is the month with the least moisture.
