Really good skiing awaits you at Hilltop, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Anchorage here. Sourdough Lodge is a great site to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Liten Lake has to offer, you can camp at Golden Nugget Camper Park. Liten Lake is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Riverside Camper Park is a good spot to camp nearby,       and swing by Threemile Creek it's a nice spot to have a look at. Just can't get enough of Liten Lake. Skiing at Alpenglow At Arctic Valley is one of those things you just have to do, and Willow Creek has a good whitewater paddling spot close by. High temperatures at Liten Lake throughout the warmest time of the year are in the 60's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with                  highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Liten Lake. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Anchorage Red Roof Inn is a great location to spend a night or two, and there are other places here than Liten Lake, for example Lake Beth. Liten Lake is generally a quite waterless place; most of the rain falls during September; the driest of the months is April.
