Why not camp at Rita's Potpourri and Campground while you're here at Leaf Lake, and needless to say Kalutna River is a scenic stream that is worth stopping at. Leaf Lake is ordinarily a rather dried out place; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is March. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Nabesna River, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not stop at Round Lake. A tremendous spot to camp here at Leaf

| | Lake is Golden Bear RV Park, and a stunning lake like Grass Lake is a pleasant place to pop by. Throughout the summertime months, highs typically are in the 70's at Leaf Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the-10's, and nighttime lows in the-30's for Leaf Lake. | |
