Leaf Lake gets very little precipitation; the wettest month of the year is mostly September, that's the one that rains the most; March on the other hand is the driest. There are other places here than Leaf Lake, for example Jim Lake; Leaf Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Kroa Kamping Resorts-alaska is a great       local campground. At Leaf Lake throughout the months of summer highs are in the 60's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 20's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Leaf Lake fall into the 0's. Paddling on Wolverine Creek is so much fun. There's so much to do here at Leaf Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pinnacle Mountain Recreation is a great place for that. That right there                  is heaps already, but it keeps on going; Leaf Lake has it all. Dry warm beds await you at Gold Miners Hotel. This lake is so wonderful.
