The high level of precipitation makes Island Lake a relatively wet site; the month with most of the snow is January while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Island Lake. A stunning lake       like Dark Lake in the vicinity of Island Lake is a delightful location to check out, and you'll discover a beautiful lake called Mission Lake. During your visit to Island Lake you'll meet some folks from Kodiak for sure, and enjoy a round of golf at Bear Valley Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious place to have a look at in close proximity to Island Lake is Cyane Rock; if you came for an overnight stay Zachar Bay Lodge is a pleasant place to camp.                  For the period of the summertime months here at Island Lake, high temperatures commonly get into the 60's; the night is a little chillier of course, ordinarily in the 40's.
