This lake is so wonderful. A great swamp in the neighborhood of Irene Lake is Spring Creek; Fishhook Golf Course is a good golf course close by. Irene Lake is one of the lakes here in the Talkeetna Mountains. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Talkeetna Mountains rules! If you came for an overnight stay Mountain View RV Park is a glorious site to camp, and if you need a place to stay Agate Inn is a glorious       choice. It is very dried up here at Irene Lake commonly; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain; April meanwhile is the driest month. Yeah, come here to Irene Lake for a fine time. You can run the rapids of Little Susitna River next to Irene Lake; a glorious place for whitewater paddling is Archangel Creek. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Talkeetna Mountains has to offer.
