At Hidden Lakes during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 60's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Hidden Lakes sink into the 20's. Hidden Lakes is a reasonably wet place typically with lots of rain; during the month of January       you get the most snow around here; July is when it's the driest. Taking a little visit to close by Chiniak Point is a nice idea. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Kodiak is a great place to spend a night or two; since you're here, you could also take a look at pretty Jupiter.
